I had about four jobs in order to pay for school and to make sure I had some money for the summer. Nevertheless, I always tried to make time for my sweetheart.

Speaking of sweetheart, I remember that we had a great Valentine's Day. I found out Leonna's schedule for the day and made sure she found a surprise at every turn. I got some Valentine's Day cards and stuck them all over the places she was sure to go. They were on her front door, all over her work, in the halls where she had to go to class. That's how she found out how romantic I am.

Leonna was in charge of our Valentine's date. She took us to Paint Yourself Silly where we made each other beautiful ceramic mugs. Then we went to Shogun for some Japanese food. It was a great date.

We went on many more dates and started falling in love.
