"I'm blown away! I wasn't sure if I would fit into the category--my role isn't a typical Broadway role. But I do have a sore throat every day to prove that I'm working hard. This morning, I had to take my boy to school and I didn't think I'd get nominated. I figured I'd watch and see the nominations when I got home. My wife is pregnant so I wanted to let her sleep. So I got home and looked at my cell phone and I had a million missed calls. Then [Movin' Out] publicist Bill Coyle called and said, "Congratulations!" It just blows my mind. I never thought I'd be on Broadway. It's cool that they're making room for guys like me!"
