chocolate no bake cookies

2 cups sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups oats
1 tsp vanilla

mix sugar, butter, cocoa, and milk in a pan and bring to a boil 

boil for 1 minute then take off heat

mix in peanut butter, oats and vanilla. 

place an wax paperb and dry for at least 3 hrs
