SOUR CREAM POTATOES

  32 oz. Bag Frozen Cubed Idaho Potatoes

  ½ C. Butter (1 stick)

  1 Bag Lipton Onion Soup Mix

  1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  1 pt. Sour Cream

  12 oz. Bag grated sharp Cheddar cheese



  Mix preceding ingredients and place in 9x13 inch greased pan. Mix 2 cups
  corn flakes and 1 stick of melted butter and add to top of mixture.

  Bake at 350N for 45 minutes.
