October was a very busy month for us all. First of all, Chrissy turned four years old on October Tenth! She also got signed up for more swimming classes at the YMCA and continues to attend her preschool class and is making lots of new friends. Tommy has discovered a love of cars, trucks, trains and planes and seems to always have a toy of one of them in his hands! We all went pumpkin picking and on a hayride (Chrissy went twice - once with us and once with her school). We also went to New York City with Grammy and Grandpop and Gram to see The American Museum Of Natural History. Chrissy loved digging for fossils and Tommy loved watching the Dinasour movie over and over again!
Marissa had some of her friends over for a Halloween party and everyone came in their costumes and played games and had treats. We went Trick-Or-Treating twice, once in Bethlehem and once in our neighborhood. Several pounds of candy is just waiting to be eaten. Chrissy's school had a parade so everyone could show off their costumes, then had a big party for all the kids. She is already looking forward to Halloween 2001 so she can do it all over again! |
