Training Supervisor

Supervised 30 soldiers and Commander's affairs. Managed all planning and strategic, as well as training and coordination of projects. Accountable for all soldier in / out processing, and recruiting. Created a database of all soldier information that was used as the standard with Access. Received two achievement medals in lecture motivation and teaching style. Maintained 100% of all projected recruiting, best in Command. Received the only coin and Achievement Award for the outstanding rescue and overall medical care of 45 real world soldiers during a Joint readiness Rotation.

Squad Leader / Treatment Supervisor

Managed and supervised a team of five soldiers responsible for the treatment of the entire Ft. Drum Support Battalion. Training preparation and execution of tactical, technical and combat operations. Managed over 21 million dollars of equipment and medical supplies, as well as ordering supplies. Designed and implemented the standard medical tracking system for the battalion resulting in qualitative usage. Obtained Secret Clearance. Led the way in team motivation and equipment maintenance.
