Lomi Lomi Salmon Nana, Aunty Stacie & Jordan spent all afternoon making the 30 pounds of Lomi Salmon Potato Salad Uncle Ezra's 23 pounds of potato salad... would have been 25 if he had found a bigger bowl to mix it in... Aunty Jaymie's Famous Spanish Rice Micah LOVES this. Everyone said that this wouldn't match with the food... Everyone was wrong. Aunty Jaymie's Spanish Rice matches with everything! Fresh Li-Hing Pineapple Uncle Ezra Kalua Pig, Chicken Long Rice, Rice, Poi & Haupia The rest of the food was catered from Brian Yamamoto and his staff at Yamas Fish Market. THE ONO ONO PUPUS Papa's Taegu Aunty Lee's Limu & Shoyu Poke Uncle Ezra is the best for getting up at 4:30am to get the fish! Soy Beans & Peanuts Uncle Larry & Aunty Esther Miso Tako Aunty Jane made the miso sauce and all the tako was caught by Uncle T & Uncle Jon |
