Procedure:

    First, I put three beans on four separate paper towels. The first paper towel was soaked with water, the second with milk, the third with Mountain Dew, and the fourth with Coke. Then, I laid each of the paper towels on their own paper plate and sat them on the counter. Each day I will soak the paper towels in the liquids to see the results.

Day One:

    I soaked all the paper towels, placed the beans inside, and put them on their plates.

Day Two:

    Today I noticed the skin on the beans with water were getting very wrinkly.

Day Three:

    No changes occurred today.

Day Four:

    The beans with milk�s paper towel was hard as a rock and no changes had taken place. My guess is that they have died.

Day Five:

    Today the beans with water sprouted. The beans with Coke and Mountain Dew haven�t done anything, and they look the same as the day I started. I presume they are dead.
