Crew Ranks

Cabin Person - Just ask any crew member to be invited.

Pirate - You need two broad experiences in pirate activities, a pirate badge and ask an officer.  Be available to pilly and work on all of your skills.

Officer – You need to be a part of our crew for at least one week.  You will need to have two broad and two solid experiences in any pirate activities and ask a senior officer or the captain.  Once you are in this position you now represent the finest of the crew.  To be a good officer and not just a good pirate you need to put the needs of the crew above yours.   Continue working on your skills with emphasis on nav and bnav.

Fleet officer - Active experience as an officer in our crew for a minimum of one week, own a ship, narrow/distinguished rank or higher in bnav, a recommendation of a senior officer and ask the captain.  Continue working on your banv.  This position and those higher are ones of trust not just skill.  FOs have access to holds on unlocked ships.  There have been many fleet officers permanently banned from this game because they thought it was OK or wouldn’t be noticed if they took everything from the hold and sold it.

Senior officer - Don't ask.  The captain will promote as he wishes.  You are responsible for training new officers.

Captain - Forget it.
