Q. How do I make a view cams file (.vcs)?
-----------------------------------------
A. It's relatively easy.

1. While running a listen server, /devmap to the map
you want to make a viewcams file for.

2. Type in the command 'showvc' to highlight any
   existing or new viewcam points.

3. Type 'noclip' to go into "noclip" mod.

4. Fly around the level, placing viewcams (MAX 64)
with the command 'addvc' and removing them with the
command 'remvc' (while close the cam in question)

5. Type 'savevc' to save current viewcams to "/maps/<mapname>.vcs"

6. /devmap to the map a second time, add some bots,
switch to spectator mode and check it out.
   Repeat stesp 4-6 as neccesary.

Whilst placing viewcam points, try not to let two points see each other
directly or let two points cover too much of the same area.
ie. Viewcams for 'mp_kam3' is a good example.
Viewcams for 'mp_hk1' is not-so good one.

Oh, and remember you can only have up to 64 viewcams, so
try to cover as much area with one cam as possible.
