You must submit a description of your character (name, personality, clothes, etc) along with a picture of what they look like. THE PICTURE IS MANDATORY. I'm not here to design characters for you. That's your job. Please also include the anime your character is based so I can give your character the right design.
Please, do no send ANY .bmp or .art files. Show a little curtesy and pity my inbox! .Bmps are huge and hard to manage, and my computer cannot read .art files. Please make the pics .jpg or .gif if you can.
NO ANIME RIP OFFS! These characters should be your own design. Don't send in a picture of an anime character you took from a show and call it yours. That's practically stealing.
One picture per person, please. I have plenty to do otherwise, and I have something called a LIFE that I don't particularly wish to lose.
I accept more than one kitty to a picture. I like to specialize in couple pictures mostly, yaoi is fine too. Just don't request like, five kitties in one picture.
HOWEVER, there will be no official anime kitties in the picture. So don't bother asking for your kitty snuggling with Duo Kitty or Sage Kitty. The last thing I need is everyone fighting over who gets who.
