I decided $2/hr. or $15/site. Basically, I'll use free templates (you pick the layout), and I'll customize it to your liking. I can also add features since I do know HTML. I also know some DHTML and SHTML. I can do some Java and JavaScript. I know how to re-write VisualBasics programming. Also, I know CSS. If you have something in mind just ask.
