If the label reads White Burgundy Wine it is 100% Chardonnay. If the label reads Red Burgundy Wine then the wine is 100% Pinot Noir. Bordeaux wines drink 2 to 3 years from vintage date.
Chardonnay is a full bodied wine. Sauvignon Blanc is a medium bodied wine.
Riesling is a light bodied wine. Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot are medium to full bodied. Tastes of Plum, Cedar, Bell Pepper, Blackberry. The wines are dry. Syrah: full bodied, tastes of: Black pepper, blackberry, currants, spice and Fig. |
