'00 Playoff Explanation

The 1999-2000 NFL season is over and the playoffs have begun. The following 12 of 31 teams qualified for the playoffs:

AFC Conference: Jacksonville Jaguars, Indianapolis Colts, Miami Dolphins, Buffalo Bills, Tennesee Titans and Seattle Seahawks.
NFC Conference: St Louis Rams, Tampa Bay Bucs, Minnesota Vikings, Dallas Cowboys, Detroit Lions, Washington Redskins.

January 8-9, 2000
In the AFC first round of elimination, Tennesee beat Buffalo and Miami beat Seattle. The other 2 teams had the week off.
In the NFC first round of elimination, Washington beat Detroit and Minnesota beat Dallas. The other 2 teams were off.

January 22-23, 2000
The AFC championship matchup is Tennesee Titans  at Jacksonville Jaguars.
The NFC matchup isTampa Bay Bucs at St Louis Rams.

The winners will go to the Super Bowl in Atlanta on January 30th.
