        reserve the right to  make amendment to any part of its published Program

        CANCELLATION POLICY : Cancellations are valid only in writing.Full refunds
        where applicable for written notice received at least two - weeks before  the
        date of conference. A  25% cancellation fee will be leived for cancellations
        received less  than weeks from the conference date. No refunds are available
        after the commencement of the conference.
