I can be a rather complex person. Even I don't understand where my mind is going at times. I think I am a lot like my dad in that I always have my fingers in many different pots. There is a whole spectrum of things that interest me. A lot of people think I am weird, but I don't mind. When I was about 21 (three years ago) I met a man that noticed my individuality and my inclination toward drama and the arts. He introduced me to Vampire: The Masquerade, which is a Live Action Role Playing (LARP) game that I play when I have time. In addition to Live Action Roleplaying, America Online has a charming little world of online roleplayers that I enjoy entering from time to time. I also happen to be an electronic music junkie. As a result, I have also become avidly involved in the phenomenon known as the rave scene. Some of my favorite DJs/Producers include: Paul Van Dyk, The Light, Oliver Lieb, Sasha, Aphrodite, Kimball Collins, Gene Carbonell, and Armand van Helden. Oh and let's not forget Paul Oakenfold, Stacey Pullen, and Charles Little. I'm sure I'll think of many more and maybe even create a section of my page devoted to DJs and producers. I am also an artist. I have never received formal training, though. I spend a great deal of my time in my studio sketching, painting, and sharpening my skills. Once in a while, I work on larger, serious projects, but I am usually too busy to spend much time at those. Recently, I have become particularly interested in photography. No formal training in this area either. I basically learn from any tips that anyone with knowledge can give me. I have converted one of the larger closets in my apartment to a darkroom, and purchased all of the basic startup supplies that I need, including numerous books to aid me in my quest for knowledge.
When I am not pursuing my artistic interests, I am on the computer creating random websites, writing, researching my other interests, etc. I actually spend quite a lot of time writing. Most of it is poetry, but occasionally I write short stories. I also plan to begin working seriously on my book. Fictional, of course. I have such an imagination, I couldn't have it any other way. I spend a lot of time online, and I figure I might as well make a little cash while I'm there. That's how I discovered Spedia. It's basically one of those "Get paid to surf" thingies. It pays pretty well compared to others, and its worth my while because I spend so much time online. Might as well make an extra $50 or $60 dollars a month while I'm there.
