Something new I want to try is an expansion of Memory Lane. It will be a place for all of us to share photos of Marysville and even the dreaded Yuba City. I would love to have a pic of "The Huddle" or the "Frostie Freeze" from our high school era. Or maybe the "Big Little Game" celebrations or decorations. A school float for the Christmas Parade. If you have a picture to share, scan it and send it to me and we can all take a trip down Memory Lane.

Be sure and look at the bottom of the page!!! Lee Pritchard was kind enough to share a couple of pictures with us. Do you remember when the busiest intersection in Marysville looked like that? The intersection of Hwy 20 and Hwy 70. Let Lee and myself know what you think of Marysville and how it has changed.

The person pictured below sent me these 2 pictures. 
Compare them and you will see the change in Marysville way back when. Lee Pritchard, the person sharing these pictures says the first one was taken in '64 the second in '66.

Something I noticed between the pics is the driveway near the Travelodge sign in the upper pic is missing from the lower pic even though the sidewalk has been replaced with the access for the driveway in it.

Here is a picture of the Travelodge as of 1/10/2004. Notice the driveway is back? Not a lot of change, huh?
