Mane Hollow Rabbitry’s Sales Policy 
You must agree to the terms below to purchase a bunny from us.

1. MHR warrants the health of our bunnies for 3 days (72 hours) after the date of sale. We don’t not sale sick or deformed bunnies but occasionally things happen that are not known. Many things can happen to a bunny in 3 days that MHR is not in fault of so We will decide if you are entitled to a replacement bunny of the same value or not. NO REFUNDS only replacements. If MHR does not have a like replacement, buyer will be put on the Waiting List and will be notified of new litters. Waiting List persons are always notified of bunnies for sale before they are put on for sale page and is open to the public. MHR gives no replacements on bunnies labeled Pet Quality. PQ bunnies will most likely have PET tattooed in the ear and will have PET written across the pedigree. We do not recommend PQ bunnies to be used for breeding. 
2. CASH ONLY!!!! We will except no checks. US Postal Money Orders may be taken for the correct amount only….  

3. MHR is located in Branchland, WV and bunnies can be picked up in Branchland and West Hamlin, WV for no gas charge. Bunnies can be picked up in the following cities for a gas fee; Hamlin, Huntington, South Charleston, and Elkview, WV., Proctorville or South Point, OH., and Catlettsburg, KY. 

4. There is NO REPLACEMENTS for bunnies that have died due to bad shelter, not having feed or water daily, or that pets or children have killed accidentally. Replacements will only be given once. We will decide if you are entitled to a replacement bunny of the same value or not. If you decide to take your bunny to the Vet’s office MHR will not be held responsible for those charges. Refer to #1 for more on replacements. 
5. We will decide if you are entitled to a replacement. No refunds will be given. MHR will work with you on any problems you may have with us. Please do not involve others or trash our name in rumors. 
Foul language, hate email, or harassing phone calls will be turned over to police. 

6. Bunnies will not be sold under the age of  8 weeks old. Please do not ask us to sale you a kit under this age because you have a doe you can put it with. This goes for everyone. 

7. If a Bunny Ad says one of the following it means:
HOLD: a bunny is waiting to be picked up. To put HOLD on a bunny, we will need a small deposit. This deposit is non-refundable unless MHR is at fault for canceling the sale. The bunny can be held for 7 days only. After the 7 day period and bunny has not been picked up, bunny will be put up for sale.
SOLD: a bunny has been paid for in full and is waiting to be picked up.
If you are interested in a bunny that says it is on HOLD please email us. You will be notified if previous sale fails or if we have a like bunny in a nest box.
8. NO REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS ON TRADES.  MHR will occasionally trade for bunnies or supplies. If you see something you are interested in and want to trade please email us an offer. We like trading, it allows us to meet new bunny pals.

9. Bunny Kits will be known as numbers. (ex. MHR’s B296) This number is also the number to be tattooed in the kits ear. Naming the rabbit will be up to the bunny’s new family. Bunny Seniors already have names with prefixes and ear #s. Please do not change its name. Seniors usually have children out in this big world and keeping its given name will keep pedigrees accurate.
*** Pedigrees - a copy of the bunny’s family tree. This lets you know what colors and lines your bunny carries in its blood.

10. Pedigrees will be given at no charge for each rabbit we sale. If we do not have a full pedigree on a bunny, we will give you as much info that is known. 
11. We will always take in unwanted or homeless bunnies, of good health, free of charge. We will do all we can to help anyone re-home a bunny.

12.We are associated with no other rabbitry. MHR will not be held responsible for death or quality of another rabbitry’s breeding. Replacements for bunnies bought from MHR will only be given if it has our prefix. (ex. MHR’s B296) Refer to #1, 2, 5, & #8 for more info on Replacements.

13. Quality of Our Bunnies: We do not show our bunnies yet therefore we will not sale any labeled as Show Quality. Our bunnies are our pets. We only sale bunnies that can be labeled Brood and Pet Quality. Yes, some may be SQ but this is up to buyer to show your MHR bunny or not to show. Refer to #1 for more info on PQ bunnies…

14. Prices are not set in stone and are subject to change. Prices will reflect the quality of the mane, bloodlines, and sex of the bunny. Multi Purchase discounts are given….
