Web Site Information and Guidelines

This Web Site was designed, created, and maintained by Dennis Betz, and was introduced to the public on December 1, 2003. It is intended to disseminate information to the members of the Mobile Home Owners Association of Orange Grove Estates (MHOA). The following are some guidelines that will be followed on this Web Site. If you have any questions, please contact the Webmaster at [email protected].

• This Web Site, like most other Web Sites, is a "work in progress." This means that the Web Site will continue to be under development, change, and will continue to grow as times goes on. Please continue to check back often for any updates and new pages as they become available.
• This Web Site is currently being hosted by GeoCities as a free site. Because of this, there are pop-up advertisements added to these Web Pages. Neither the Webmaster nor MHOA recommends/endorses any of the pop-up advertisements you might see.
• This Web Site is best viewed using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher or Netscape Navigator 7.0 or higher.
• Because the Webmaster is responsible for all the information contained on this Web Site, the Webmaster reserves the right to approve all information before it is posted.
• This Web Site may be taken off the Web (temporarily or permanently) at the discretion of the Webmaster.
• The "Calendar of Events" will be available on the Web Site for the current month, one month prior, and two months in the future.
• Letters from management, post office, or the utility companies will be kept on the Web Site for at least three months. If the information contained in the letter is going to be relevant for longer than three months, a new Web Page may be created for that information.
• The "MHOA Newsletter" and "Webmaster�s Corner" entries will be kept on the Web Site for the current month and the prior three months.
