Webmaster's Corner
for January 2004

Well, we have survived another year and made it to a new one. I�m sure some are glad to see 2003 come to an end, while others will remember it fondly. I hope everyone is looking forward to 2004, and what it might hold in store for us. With a new Board of Directors for the Mobile Home Owners Association of Orange Grove Estates (MHOA) and new management for the park, I�m sure change is going to be part of this coming year. One thing that has already changed is how you get your information regarding the park and MHOA. On December 1, 2003, this Web Site was published on GeoCities, and the word started to spread about its existence. I hope to keep this site updated with upcoming activities and other item that might affect you.

This month, I started this little area to share with you things that are going on with the Web Site. In the month of December, this site was visited 85 times and I have received three (3) e-mail messages. Because this is the first month for the site, I do not have any other statistics to share with you. In the middle of December, I sent an e-mail request to have Yahoo include this site in their directory, and make it available for their searching tool. I don�t know when this might happen, but I will try to keep you informed.

At the time of this "Webmaster�s Corner," this Web Site is an unofficial site for MHOA. What this means is the contents of the site has not been approved by, and does not need to be approved by, MHOA. If I am asked to remove something from the Web Site, I will take the request under consideration. This does not mean it will be removed, just that I will consider it and let the requestor know what my decision is. If I am approached by the MHOA Board of Directors to make this an official Web Site for them, I would also take that into consideration.
