Comments, Concerns, and
Complaints to OGE Management

Orange Grove Estates (OGE) is a mobile home community consisting of approximately 280 lots. Because OGE has several lots, and no age restrictions, there is a wide diversity of people living here. This means we have the very young to the very experienced, people going to school, work, retired, or visiting for just part of the year, and residents from several cultural backgrounds. As much as we all want to get along with our neighbors and management, issues are bound to come up. For those times you have any comments, concerns, or complaints, please put them in writing (including your name and lot number) and place them in the "Suggestions/Complaints" box located just outside the office. This is a locked box and management is the only ones with a key to it.

Also, if you are current member of the Mobile Home Owners Association of Orange Grove Estates (MHOA), please be sure you make a copy of what you place in the box, and be sure that a member of the Board of Directors receives the copy. By doing this, the MHOA can help track the progress of your comment, concern, or complaint, and also can maintain a record of what has been submitted to management.

If you don�t place your comment, concern, or complaint in writing to management, you shouldn�t expect a reply from management.
