Dear Residents:

First, congratulations goes out to Maury Estrada # 18, and Katie Cassidy in space #223 they are our winners for the June rent promotion and to David Hassell who won home of the month. Reminder if your rent is paid prior to the 1st of the month, you become eligible for early rent promotion. The two winners that we draw will receive a $25 reduction from the following month's rent., are second congratulations goes out to Brain and Brandy on their new baby boy.

"A warm welcome to all our new residents that have joined us here at orange grove".

We are sad to announce that Jim Mutum has decided to leave us, his last day will be June 28th 2005, and He will be greatly missed.
We are pleased to announce that Bob Neilson will be joining our team as new courtesy patrol.
We are currently looking for 2 pool monitors to alternate evenings from 6:00 to 10:00 pm during the weekdays and 4:00 to 10:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays, please contact the office if you are interested.

The following are reminders of pool rules most widely abused:

• Tots who are not toilet trained are NOT allowed in the pools.
• Children 14 and over may swim without a parent. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 or older.
• Residents' guests need to be accompanied by the resident.
• Anyone using the hot tub must be 18 or older.

The Teen Rec Hall will have additional hours during the days for the summer.
The hours will be as followed 11:00 to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday. Evening hours are same as always, Please see courtesy patrol for evening access.

REMINDER- there is no parking on the streets or in the empty home site if you park on the streets or in an empty site unfortunately you WILL be towed.

Now that the kids are out of school, we must remember that the speed limit is that of 10 mph please drive slow and carefully.

With summer here now the weeds can get out of control . Please keep in mind that your home sites must be kept clean and free of weeds.

Reminder that Bingo will end as of June28th 2005 and then will begin again September 1st 2005.



There have been a lot of request from Homeowners asking that children and other residents please DO NOT use yards as a way to travel from site to site. Please be courteous of your neighbors.

Summers here!! Witch means the responsibility of dog and cat owners are in high demand please remember that with the hot days and windy night the smell of your pets dropping can cause a problem for others. Per the rules and regulations Residents are responsible for their pets at all times and must immediatly clean up and properly dispose of all animal droppings,
Also for those who have been asking about the out going mail box, our requested from post master was denied.
