The following is a copy of a letter I received on Thursday, June 23, 2005.
Dear Residents:
Parking on the streets has continued to be a BIG problem. A year ago residents were aware that we have a contract with All City Towing who will help enforce parking violations by towing those vehicles that are parked on the street, and in vacant sites. They will randomly come in the park and Tow illegally park vehicles. Our Rules & Regulations specifically states:
1. "Vehicles parked in violation of this rules may be towed at owner's expence. And without prior notice." 2. "No parking in fire lanes. The City of Glendale may also impose fines for illegally parked vehicles, including vehicles parked in fire lanes." 3. "On street parking is prohibited by these Rules and the City of Glendale Fire Ordinance." 6. Vehicles shall not park on any vacant home site without Managements approval.
