Dear Residents:

We have injoyed meeting some of you and hope to meet each and every resident of the community as we become familiar with our new position as Community Managers! Your suggestions and involvement in the community helps to make Orange Grove Estates a safe and neighborly place to live.

Congratulations to the March Rent Promotion winners - Jim Birky #29 and Rico Gerardo #123. Congratulations also to Ed Ames #85, who won a $25 gift certificate at Safeway for Outstanding Home of the Month.

We'd like to extend a warm welcome to new residents in the park! Please enjoy the facilities and social events each month and meet your neighbors!

There are still a few homes for sale, so keep in mind that if you refer a qualified buyer who purchases a park-owned home, you will receive a one-time discount of $100 on your lot rent as a referral bonus.

Get all those yard sale items ready for the Park Wide Yard Sale April 2 and 3!
