The following is a copy of a letter I received on Wednesday, February 23, 2005.

February 21st, 2005

Dear Residents:

Congratulations to the February Rent Promotion winners - Diane Tarin #10, and McMinns, #239. We also congratulate Kenneth Key, #224, who won a $25 gift certificate at Albertson's for Outstanding Home of the Month.

The rains are causing great havoc with weeds. We ask that you continue to keep your homesites free of weeds - it makes for a better looking community. Since so many of you have kept your yards looking good, we've had compliments from outsiders as to how nice the park looks. Let's all thank Ed Ames, #58, for his hard work in keeping the grounds out on Butler so immaculately maintained.

While we all enjoy walking our dogs outdoors, please be reminded that you are responsible for your doggy's leavings. It's easy to carry either a plastic bag or paper towels for clean up. Clean-up is appreciated!

We have several new residents to welcome in the park, so we hope to see some new faces at the community social events. There are still a few homes for sale, so keep in mind that if you refer a qualified buyer who purchases a park-owned home, you will receive a one-time discount of $100 on you lot rent as a referral bonus.

Beginning March 6th at 6:00 p.m., there will be weekly church services in the South Rec Hall. All are welcome to attend.

At the Valentine's spaghetti dinner, our departure from Orange Grove Estates was announced. As of March 1st, we will become the Arizona Regional Sales Managers with offices located at our sister park, Royal Palm. We won't be far and will still be overseeing this park. We will miss all of you on a daily basis, but intend to keep in touch and visit the park often. Please come into the office and welcome the new managers, Don and Dawna Andersen.
