Dear Residents,

The January early rent promotion winners were #59, Penny Fiddner, and #87, Elvira Marcellette, and the park's Outstanding Home of the Month winner is Joann Fetzer in #217 -- Congratulations!

You have all noticed that the homes from lots #1 & 2 have been moved which was required by the State as part of the reconstruction of 67th Avenue. In conjunction with the road project, the block wall at the front of our community will be rebuilt to 8 feet high and some of the utilities at homes backing up to 67th Avenue are in the process of being moved. At this point in time, we do not have a date when construction will begin on the block wall. We'll keep you posted.

Once again on the issue of speeding within the park - SLOW DOWN!! We are consulting with the Glendale Police and Fire Departments over the possibility of raising our speed bumps to deter the excessive abusers.

While management appreciates (your neighbors do too) all those lots that are weed-free, there are still alot of weeds out there. Let's keep picking!
