The following is a copy of a letter I received on Wednesday, January 19, 2005.

Dear Residents,

You are all aware that the rains of December and January have created a horrible weed problem throughout the park. Since the weather forcast for the next 10 days is good and we may have the rains past us, management is asking that all homesites be weed free by January 31st.

THIS WILL BE YOUR ONLY NOTICE.

For those lots not cleaned up, action will be taken by management to clear the weeds which will include a $40.00 fee billed to the homeowner.
