The following is a copy of a letter I received on Saturday, May 21, 2005.

Dear Orange Grove Residents:

I am pleased to announce that Maria Ortega and Cameron Cole are the new Community Managers for Orange Grove. Maria and Cameron have both been employed with Continental Communities for several years and have proven to be a valuable part of our team.

Maria joined our team an August 2001 as an Office Assistant at Royal Palm in Phoenix. Her talents and hard work over the years have been recognized with her promotion to Community Manager of Orange Grove. Maria and her three children have resided in Orange Grove since 2001 and will continue to live in the Community.

Cameron joined our team in January 2002 working in the maintenance department for one of our communities is Michigan. In addition to his maintenance experience, Cameron has worked with home sales and resident relations. His hard work and dedication earned him a maintenance position with Continental Communities in Tucson. Shortly after arriving in Tucson, he was promoted to Community Manager of Orange Grove. Cameron, his wife, and two children are in the process of moving to Glendale from Tucson and will reside in the Community.

I believe Maria and Cameron will make a very significant contribution to fulfilling Continental Communities' vision for Orange Grove. Please stop in the office to congratulate and welcome Maria and Cameron to our Community.
