Dear Orange Grove Residents:

We are excited to announce Make and Barb Morris have been promoted to Regional Managers. Mike and Barb will be headquartered out of Royal Palm located at 2050 West Dunlap Avenue in North Phoenix and will oversee the new managers at Orange Grove. Pat and Jack Woodard (current regional managers) will be retiring on April 1, 2005. Pat and Jack have been the Regional Managers for the past four years. If you would like to congratulate them on their retirement you can e-mail them at [email protected].

Effective March 1, Dawn and Don Andersen will be the new Community Managers for Orange Grove. They will reside on-site in the managers' home. Dawn and Don come to Orange Grove with 11 years of property management experience. We ae very excited that they have chosen to become a part of our management team. Please stop in the office and welcome them to our community.
