Happy Holidays to All!

Let's all congratulate Sue & Dick Ames (#78) for winning 1st place in the holiday decorating contest. Carol Hicks and family (#119) along with The Schneiders (#237) tied for 2nd pace, and 3rd went to #30, Susan & Sara Waidenbaum. The judging was tough since there were so many homes lit up so beautifully!

The December early rent promotion winners were #244, Jack Giabomarra, and #278, Steve Crowley. The park's Outstanding Home of the Month winners are the Boen's in #225.

With all the rain, weeds are popping up. Please remember that each homeowner is responsible for maintaining your yard.

We continue to address the problem of speeding within the park. The speed limit is 10 m.p.h. - violators will be sent warning and CAN BE EVICTED for violating the park's Rules & Regulations. The speed limit is set for the safety of all our residents.

Our offices will be closed for the Christmas Holiday on Thursday, December 23rd @ 1:00 p.m. and all day Friday, December 24th. We wish everyone a happy and safe holiday.
