The following is a copy of a letter I received on Wednesday, November 24, 2004.

Dear Residents:
As many of you may have noticed last month, we are now including the upcoming month's Calendar of Events with the rent statements.
We have several items to address this month - most having to do with the holidays.
- The Christmas Craft Bazaar will be held December 4 & 5 in the South Club House from 8 am - 4 pm on Saturday and 10 am - 4 pm on Sunday.
- Our Phase III party for the Crime Free Program in conjunction with the Glendale Police Department will be held Tuesday evening, December 7th in the North Club House beginning at 6:00 pm.
We will provide subway sandwiches and one lucky resident will win a prize.
Our C.A.T. (Community Action Team) leaders will be joining us around 7:00 pm to say a few words and present a plaque to the community in recognition of our crime free status.
- Christmas Potluck will be held December 11th at 6:00 pm in the South Club House.
Santa will be there with gifts.
Please register your children (ages 16 and under) with either Sue Ames or the office by December 6th.
- On Friday, December 17th, we will be out hunting for the most creatively decorated home in the park, so make sure you've got your lights on by dark - who knows what you might win!
Congratulations to our Home of the Month winner - Lydia Greene in space #162.
The winners on the November rent promotion received $25 off their December rent - congratulations to Jamie Schneider, #237, and Brooke Adams, #68.
In conjunction with Thanksgiving, out offices will be closed on Friday, November 26th.
