Dear Residents:

Congratulations to the September Rent Promotion winners - Phil Brady & Devonne Harris, #255 and Debra Nelson, #120. We also congratulate Cynthia Bressler, Don & Janet Konagle #116, who wone a $25 gift certificate at Safeway for Outstanding Home of the Month.

The community Yard Sale is coming up the 2nd & 3rd of October - Saturday and Sunday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Tables are available to rent for $5.00 each through the office.

You should have received your flyer regarding G.A.I.N. (Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods) night, which will be held Saturday, October 16th from 5:00 to 7:00 pm in the South Rec Hall. Come on out, meet your neighbors, and also meet some of the many City of Gendale police officers and dignitaries that will be stopping by. Management and Neighborhood Block Watch will be reffling off many prizes too.

As a note of concern, we have been noticing many people driving in the park at a much higher speed than our posted 10 m.p.h. Besides speeding, many drivers are also ignoring the stop signs. We have a lot of children and walkers within the park - please obey the traffic signs and speed limit for the safety of all our residents!

We have a variety of homes for sale in the park - keep in mind that if you refer a quilified buyer who puchases a park-owned home, you will receive a one-time discount of $100 on your lot rent as a referral bonus. We are also now awarding a one-time discount of $50 on your lot rent for referring a qualified buyer who purchases one of our listed homes.
