Dear Residents:

Congratulations to the September Rent Promotion winners - Sid Konicek, #61, and Frank Martinez, #241. We also congratulate Donna Estep, #160, who won a $25 gift certificate at Albertson's for Outstanding Home of the Month.

The teens within our community and management want to thank the residents for supporting the new Teen Rec Hall. Our grand opening in July was a great success. Many of the teens are to be commended for the enthusiasm they showed in their raffle ticket sales and for their input on the rec hall games, rules, etc. As we go along and raise more funds, we plan to purchase an air hockey game - a foosball table may also be donated.

We have several new residents to welcome in the park, so we hope to see some new faces at the community social events. There are still a number of homes for sale, so keep in mind that if you refer a qualified buyer who purchases a park-owned home, you will receive a one-time discount of $100 on your lot rent as a referral bonus. We are also now awarding a one-time discount of $50 on your lot rent for referring a qualified buyer who purchases one of our listed homes.

Since our office will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, September 6th, all rents that are received by the MORNING of the 7th will be honord without late fees. Anything received after Noon on Tuesday the 7th are subject to late fees. Enjoy the Labor Day Holiday!
