Dear Residents:

Congratulations to Craig Stangle - #179 and Juan Gutierrez - #280 who are July's Rent Promo winners. Out Outstanding Home of the Month winners are Bernard & Susan Curry - congratulations.

We are happy to announce that August 1st will be our Grand Opening of the Teen Rec Hall (North Hall). This hall is for out community teens between the ages of 12 - 18. NO ONE under 12 is allowed in the hall and this is for our RESIDENTS ONLY. In order to stock the hall with a variety of games, the neighborhood teens will be out selling raffle tickets (3/$1.00) for either a 20" flat screen TV or a CD/Cassette/Radio player. Since our Grand Opening will be held from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, grilled hamburgers and hot dogs will be available for purchase. The raffle will be held at 1:30 pm. Hope to see you all there!

Once we get this off the ground, we intend to work on some activities for the younger children. Any ideas or suggestions would be welcome.

Unfortunately we have to announce that beginning Monday, July 26th, the large dumpster and car wash area will be locked during the week. Access will only be given to the area by making an advance appointment with the office. It appears that the dumpster is being used possibly by outsiders and the expense to have it emptied is quite steep. The area will be open only on weekends from 6:00 am to Noon.

Palm tree trimming will begin some time mid-next week.

Although we have sold three homes this past month, there are still several homes for sale. If you refer a qualified buyer who purchases a park-owned home, you will receive a one-time discount of $100 on your lot rent as a referral bonus. Bring in the buyers!
