The following is a copy of a letter I received on Tuesday, May 11, 2004.

To All Orage Grove Residents:

It has come to management's attention that the rules of the pool my be unclear. HIGHLIGHTS of some of the rules follow:

1. Children who are not toilet trained are not allowed in any of the pools.
   
   
2. Pool passes will be checked. You will not be allowed in the pool without your pass.
   
   
3. No alcoholic beverages are allowed in any of the common areas (pool, rec hall, barbeque area).
   
   
4. No food is allowed.
   
   
5. No can or glass containers are permitted.
   
   
6. Guests must be accompanied by the Resident they are visiting. Guest and Resident passes are required.
   
   
7. Residents are only allowed 4 guests at one time.
   
   
8. Only proper swim attire is allowed. No street clothes are permitted.
   
   
9. Showers must be taken prior to entering the pool.

These are not all of the rules, but those most widely abused. Please take time to read the posted signs in the pool area.

Management has hired Pool Monitors who have the authority to suspend anyone abusing the pool rules. Violation of the rules may be treated as a material violation of a resident's rental agreement.
