The following is a copy of a letter I received on Friday, January 23, 2004, with the rent bill.

CLEAN-UP DAY
SATURDAY, JANUARY 31st

ATTENTION all Orange Grove Estates residents!! We do declare, the weeds are a growin' - let's start pluckin' before they take over! Don't stop at the seeds, do your bushes need trimming? Do you need to clean up the clutter on your porches? Are your Christmas decorations still out?

There'll be a crew out there making the rounds to help you, so you just ask for assistance. If you've broken a sweat and need some refreshments, we'll be tooling around with lemonade and snacks.

Please remember or be aware that YOUR yard is from the outer edge of your driveway UP TO your neighbor's driveway. If on the corner, your side yard is up to the curb.

Volunteers to help your neighbors would be appreciated. If interested, please call the office @ 623-934-3900.
