Dear Orange Grove Residents:

I am pleased to inform you that as of January 1, 2004, Mike and Barb Morris have accepted the position of community managers for Orange Grove. Mike and Barb come to Orange Grove with a wide variety of experience. Mike having retired from Ameritech after 30 years of emplyment brings a tremendous amount of stability and corporate in-site to managing Orange Grove Estates. Barb brings 30 years of administrative experience. They have recently (approximately 12 months ago) relocated from the Chicago area to Phoenix.

We believe Mike and Barb will be an asset to our team of managers at Continental Communities. Please feel free to stop in the management office and welcome them to the community. If you have any questions, please call me directly.
