Letter from
Orange Grove Estates Management

The following is a copy of a letter I received on Wednesday, December 10, 2003.

December 9, 2003

Dear Residents of Orange Grove Estates,

We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for all your cooperation and effort in making Orange Grove what it is today. In the short time that we have been here we have seen a big change in this community. In part this took a lot of effort by all the Residents here and you should be proud of what has been accomplished.

This was not an easy decision for us to make. We have made a lot of great friends here. We will be keeping in touch. Please help the new managers in keeping your community one of the best in Glendale. Respect their home and after hours time as you did ours.

Our Regional Managers are fully supportive of all the programs that we have started here in the community and will be pushing the new management to continue on and keep this community moving in the right direction.

The Social Club is hosting a Christmas pot luck in conjunction with Management, on Saturday, December 13, please feel free to come and say good-bye. Also, please do not forget to register you children for Christmas gifts.

Yours truly,

Kenneth McCullum (signed)
