The Glory Years: 1934 - 1942 |

The 1934 and 1935 map covers were designed by Pierre Woodman. The 1936-38 maps are certainly amongst the most beautiful road map covers ever produced. This artwork is signed by Willard Harold Andrews. The 1939 map cover, along with the 1941 and 1942 are colorized photographs. The beautiful 1940 cover was designed by Wilfred Stedman. |
