We here at Quality Rental Properties have either built or bought and maintain the houses that we rent. All homes are owned and managed by the owner Gordon O'Neil. Gordon is available to discuss any concerns with any of our guests one on one, the old fashioned way. Gordon gets to know all of the tenants personally and is on a first name basis. We as a company have a self interest in providing our guests with the best conditions at affordable prices. This is Gordons understanding of being a good stewart as taught in the bible, to provide for the concerns of others, and God will provide for you. We hear at Quality Rental Properties are into building communities, not just a company.
With the mindset of taking care of others, we have never had a tenant move out disgruntled, or had property destroyed. On the other hand we have never had to evict a tenant or ask twice for rent. This is a win win for both. What is in it for us? We receive rents that are used to pay off mortgages and we get satisfied guests who try to contribute to the community spirit, like we said, it is a win win situation.
