Adair International, Inc., a Texas corporation, trading on the O-T-C Bulletin Board and German exchanges under the symbol AIGI.OB, during the last annual meeting experienced a proxyfight and change in management. The new management changed the company name to Endevco, Inc. and the stock symbol is now ENDE.OB. The new website is still under development.
