Mossy Oak Pro Staff Charley Olson - I grew up hunting Whitetail deer, Osceola turkey, wild hogs and quail on a ranch near Okeechobee, Florida and my desire to be in the outdoors throughout the year had lead me to a career choice that will allow just that. I received my undergraduate degree in Biology, will be attending the University of Florida for a MS in Wildlife Ecology in the fall and hope to continue working outdoors as a wildlife manager following school. While I enjoy every type of hunting, my passion is archery hunting for Whitetails in the fall and chasing Osceola gobblers in the spring. I also enjoy learning and using habitat management techniques such as planting food plots and improving native habitats to both benefit game animals and create a more enjoyable hunting experience. |

Mossy Oak Pro Staff Ian Nance- In the fifteen years I have spent chasing game throughout Florida and the Southeast, I have come to realize the quality of the hunt rests beyond the dimensions of a deers antlers, or the numbers in a bag limit; it is about exploring new places, meeting new people, and swapping old stories around an oak campfire with those you have hunted with for years. Even still, you can not forget the challenges of the game itself. From deer to ducks to dove, each trip afield affords its own unique adventure and I have been fortunate to experience the rich outdoor opportunities Florida provides. As such, I try to share some of my insights in my blog with the Lakeland Ledger Polk Voice, The Wild Life. From the boom of a gobble echoing through the cypress, to the boom and the hanging smoke of an October muzzleloading hunt, there is no outdoor experience I do not revel in or will ever tire of. |

Mossy Oak Pro Staff Doug Klunder -Being raised in the State of Michigan and Bow hunting since the age of 12 has allowed numerous hunting opportunities. Having to date 31 years of hunting experience has allowed me to harvest more than 250 whitetail deer in 12 states and 1 Canadian province. I also have to my hunting credentials 3 species of wild turkey, Wild Hog, Moose, Caribou, Brown Bear, Pronghorn Antelope, Rocky Mountain Mule deer, and many species of small game.
Since 2001 I have also been a hunting guide in the state of Alaska guiding many clients to their trophy big game. As a guide I also have credited with the # 5 all time SCI Muzzleloader Alaska Yukon Moose, and a top 100 P&Y Alaska Yukon Moose. Guiding has provided me with many great memories and opportunities throughout the hunting industry. Since relocating to Florida in 2005 with my Wife Cheri and two daughters Taylor 11 and Jordan 9 only through their patience and understanding for my love of the hunting and fishing lifestyle have I been afforded the luxury to hunt and guide all over the United States |

Mossy Oak Pro Staff Adam Sleap -As a young boy in Mississippi going on my first duck hunt I was so excited I slipped getting in the boat and fell into the bayou. Thirty plus years later I do not go in the drink quite as much, but I still get just as excited. I moved to Florida in 1985, and the ducks, deer, and turkey have paid the price ever since. I currently hunt near my home in Orlando, and I also hunt and guide in several other states as well. If you have hunted Merritt Island NWR more than a little we have probably crossed paths. |
