Darren Dalton's R100

The second fastest R100 in Victoria (or possibly Aust) is this neat example belonging to Darren Dalton - ( The only R100 faster is his big brother Chris'- 9.23sec HiRpm !!) Darren's car is powered by a 'Geelong style' (again) 13B turbo setup. Running a 55 DCOE Weber and Garret TO4 turbo makes this R100 really get and go with a best of mid 11's down the quarter with refinement still continuing. Power is transferred to the ground via a (much) shortened Ford 9 inch diff, and at the last drag meet Darren fitted Goodyear slicks and was lifting the front wheels 6 inches off the ground!! Darren's car is a genuine street car which can often be seen driving around Geelong. This car has now been sold some lucky man!!
