| The reconditioned stock steering wheel. Fill all the cracks with JB Weld. It might take a few applications to fill them completely. Once filled, sand the spot with sandpaper, starting with a medium grit then finishing with a fine grit. Then paint the entire wheel with gloss black paint. All for less than $10. |
