PLURA-CAVE

We made a short trip to Plura Cave in Norway this August. Plura Cave is the longest scandinavian cave and it is located in Mo I Rana Norway

We where diving at two teams, one diving with stages and other (me) with scooters. I managed to do two photodives while I was charging my scooters

Entry to cave is prohipited with out land owners premission. Every year there is a gathering of cavedivers in Plura, usually in the week 34.

The Cave entrance is in 9m where is comes to large cavern, the bottom of cavern is at 16m. From left side starts the mainline which goes for 50m before first jump to the left. This is better route to the deep part of the cave. Mainline goes up and down until it drops to 34m and after 30m rises  back to 16-20m range for the rest of the cave. Plura has many side lines and some places are still unexplored. After 440m the cave rises to "Maiden Chamber" which is a big and long airpocket. After to airpocket the cave chances it appereance and starts to drop to 76m where the end of the line currently is.
