GBA: Mario Kart Super Circuit - TiPs! Defensive Driving: If you have any type of shell or banana for an item, press and hold the L Button to drag it behind you so you can't be hit from behind by a shell. Banana Slip Recovery: If you run over a banana, rapidly press the B Button to avoid spinning out. A musical note will appear over your head if done properly. Turbo Start: If you press and hold the A Button just before the light turns green, you will get a quick burst of speed. This may require practice to properly time it. Drifting on the Turns: When going around a turn, continue to accelerate with the A Button but also hold down the R Button to take the corner without losing speed. Lightning Strike: The lightning strike will not affect a racer if they are using a Star so be sure to check the status of the racers before using the lightning |
