This is one of my favorite pictures. This was
taken at Papago Park in Phoenix around sunset. Papago Park is a great place
to hike, climb, and mountain bike here in Phoenix. |
 |
This is a picture of my car after a trek up the
Apache Trail from Phoenix to Roosevelt Lake in Arizona. The Apache trail,
as you can see, is a very dusty road. |
 |
You'd never think it, but there are quite a few bugs in New Mexico.
I was without any windshield washer fluid on this trip. |
 |
I saw a little pullout on the road and thought this would be a good
chance to take a picture of my car with some Yucca plants in southwestern
New Mexico. |
 |
Here's my car at White Sands National Monument. You can hardly
tell the car is silver. If you've never been to White Sands and you
are driving though southern New Mexico, I suggest a quick visit.
It's worth it. |
 |
A New Mexico sunset. Arizona's are just as nice. |
 |
My Passat on the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. I took
a trip out to Lousiana this summer. I saw an opportunity to drive
on the beach and hopped at the chance. |
 |
Another Gulf of Mexico shot. These were taken near Galveston,
Texas. |
 |
Here's me standing next to my Passat. My friend Geir and I had
been driving for quite a while and used this opportunity to stretch our
legs a bit. |
