One of my co-workers is an Army LTC (Jay Moughan, didn’t play
baseball), that attended Middle Georgia and lived in Talmadge Hall the
same year as I did. I
didn’t recognize him at first but have enjoyed reminiscing about Middle
Georgia. MOST
MEMORABLE MOMENT: The
friends on the Middle Georgia baseball team and playing for Coach Barry
Shollenberger. He was a great
coach and left the summer after my freshman year, which was the main
reason I didn’t return to Middle Georgia for my sophomore season. MOST
UNPLEASANT EVENT: Losing
to South Georgia in the post season tournament.
We had already beaten them 5 out of 6 times, and then dropped two
straight to them in the post season tournament. South Georgia went to Miami to play Dade CC but lost 2 out
