Once the axles have been inserted in the wheels then they are attached to the bin. The bin is then turned over, complete.
All that is remained is to deliver the bins to the properties.
The wheels are then put on the upside down bin, waiting for the axle's to be inserted in them
The crew then seperate the bins, upside down, tipping the wheels out of them.
An operative lowers the stack of bins down, ready for seperating
The doors are open and then the bins are lowered down on the road
The end result.
Bins distributed in an efficient, professional manner.

Then delivered direct on the streets anywhere in the UK
Loaded onto the distribution vehicles
It all starts at the factory. The bin is produced...
MGB Distribution is unique in the way we distribute.  Because the bins are manufactured at Rotherham UK we have no need for depots or storage from we which distribute from.  The bins arrive in 500 loads on specially designed, low in height, 40ft trailers. As one trailer is emptied, direct on the streets, the next trailer arrives straight behind it, continuing to distribute. On average we do 2 to 3 trailers aday. (1000 to 1500 bins distributed)  We obviously  sometimes need a smaller vehicle for certain areas i.e. rural locations or small inner city terraces. So a 7 ton box vehicle is on hand to tranship the required bins.
