Stunmeister's Scouting--  Mike was a very solid forward for the Cincy Team during his tenure here.  He spent two very productive seasons here and emerged as both a solid checker and a scoring threat.  He would be classified as a power forward, but with less emphasis on fighting skills.  He can bang in front of the net, and also along the boards.  Was a solid player the past few seasons in Anaheim, rating in the top five in points and goals, and showing a strong presence on the 2nd and 3rd lines.  Mike's prospects are great if he keeps clear of the injury bug.  He was bitten by elbow and shoulder injuries, as well as a virus, during his stint with Anaheim.  He is an Eric Lindros type player, but without the concussions and pouty attitude.  He was a fun guy off the ice, and liked to peel out of the Gardens in his super fast sports car.  Was truly missed when called up to Anaheim, had quite a following here In Cincy.
